At WriteRead we want to help demystify phonics! Through immersive learning, babies through to adults can break down barriers for their reading and writing, making it as easy as possible. Learning needs to be fun, the more fun we have, the more we learn.

Pure sounds are the smallest sounds in language. The inherent knowledge and use of these in everyday life allows for a more seamless approach to reading, writing and learning. WriteRead supports the introduction of phonics from birth through to adulthood; no one is too young or old to learn.

When introducing phonics, these are the first 25 pure sounds to explore. One letter (grapheme) represents the pure sound (phoneme).
